The polypropylene valve bags also have an opening in the corner which closes itself automatically after filling the sack.
These bags are made of laminated PP Raffia and therefore are impermeable and the quality of the printing is better with respect to the plain PP raffia bags. They are usually white but depending on the quantity they can also be black or beige. They can be printed both faces with up to 6 colors in total.
Our PP valve bags are mad out of 100% virgin PP resin to ensure a high strength. These bags are ideal when product is going to be subjected to rough handling as is the case of fertilizers, seeds, etc.
The PP valve bags have lateral gussets so that once they are filled they assume a square shape that helps to increase the stability of the stacks reaching up to 3 pallet high.
Due to their high strength they are very light and economic, easy to transport y handle. Their size vary with amount of product per sack and its bulk density. They can hold from 10 kg to 60 kg.
