Our polyethylene valve bags are made by coextrusion of 100% virgin resins. The resins are of the Heavy Duty type to assure a superior strength. We use resins without slip additives to increase the coefficient of friction of the film creating bags that will do not slide with respect to the others. By customer request, we can produce bags with two embossing strips on each side to increase even more the friction between the bags.
Due to their square valve and square bottom the polyethylene valve bags create very stable stacks. They can be stack up to three or more pallets.
The polyethylene valve bags can be made of different colors (white, clear, or any other color). They can be printed on all four sides with 6 colors in total. You can print logos, pictures, instructions that can help you increase your sales.
